If you’ve known us as One Loose Tooth, you’re in the right place. The practice has consolidated under a new name, Mountain Dental, that better reflects who we now serve: kids, teens, and adults across the El Dorado County foothills. The location, the team, Dr. Keith, the phone number, and the way we practice are all the same.
